Completed at Grand Prairie, Texas by Aerospatiale as an SA366G1 (HH-65A).

Accepted into service 6/10/86 as an SA366G1 (HH-65A).

Crashed 12/7/94 near Shelter Cove, California. Responding to a sailing vessel in

distress in heavy pre dawn fog, the helicopter hit a shoreline cliff after several

attempts at reaching the vessel. Sadly all four on board were killed.
