Crashed 4/4/15 at Kampung Sungai Pening-Pening, Semenyih approximately 40 nautical

miles to the East of Subang Airport. The cause was found to be separation of the

horizontal stabiliser, which was damaged during the previous landing where the wheels

sank into mud. All six onboard were sadly killed.
